Business Manager 
Linley’s experience in operational management, finances, Occupation Health & Safety and industrial relations supports the business end of Harbusol. Linley manages finance and company policies and procedures. Her understanding of the industry allows the rest of the team to get on with the operations.

Senior Project Manager 
Nick experience as a project manager builder of over 25 years in shop fitting, re branding and roll outs with Shell and TS&B have provided Nick with a wealth of experience. Nick supports the Harbusol team with estimating, programming, scheduling, Site inspections and sign off. Nick is a strong link in the Harbusol chain.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Rod has over 30 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the financial services sector and retail markets, Rod is responsible for introducing our new range of PVC Flooring, Lighting and Shop fitting products with the goal to provide our clients with a timely and cost effective solutions for their projects.

He is also responsible for the growth of our business throughout New Zealand.

Project and OH&S Administration Manager 
Linda has 5 years experience working as a personal assistant with 3 of those years within the landscape design industry. Linda has previous experience assisting with client and contractor liaison, project management and contract administration. Linda has a solid work ethic with a total commitment to support our clients, contractors and suppliers, working closely with the Harbusol team to deliver each project. Linda is a very important member of the Harbusol family.

Operations Manager
Darren is a qualified carpenter with over 12 years experience in building and maintenance. Prior to joining the Harbusol team, he spent 3 years running a labor hire company. His role now is to manage contractor scheduling, contractor recruitment, and site materials requirements.

Maintenance Administrator
Aimee started her working life with Harbusol as the receptionist. She has now been assigned to the Maintenance Administrator role where she assists the Operations Manager in organising contractor scheduling, following up on customer work orders, and updating our Facilities Management program.

Accounts Payable
Lisa manages the daily administration of accounts payable and invoices together with finance and managing creditors. Feel free to ask Lisa how you can send or receive payments via electronic transfer.
 

Facilities and Projects Manager – Western Australia
Alec has been in the building for 30 years, starting out as a shopfitter/joiner, and progressing to a site supervisor. He managed his own maintenance company in Spain for 2 years. More recently he has worked as a sole trader in Australia until joining Harbusol in November 2010.

Alec brings a wealth of experience to the Harbusol family, and is keen to develop our WA business.

Administration Assistant – Western Australia
Jane is the first point of contact in our Joondalup office. With an understanding the building and maintenance industry, Jane provides an important front of house role, ensuring the office is kept running smoothly.   

Procurement Manager
Eddie is a qualified carpenter with over 20 years experience in building and maintenance. His experience has included fit–outs and refurbishments in the retail sector and automotive industry with projects for Shell, BP, Quix and Kmart Tyre and Auto.  He is responsible for overseeing the procurement of trades and materials for the projects team.

Estimator
Max has his degree in Civil Engineering. He commenced work in 1998 and has worked on a variety of construction projects. He has joined the Harbusol team as an Estimator, and is committed to providing quality service to our clients.
 

Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor / Facilities Technician WA
Aaron has also recently joined our WA Team. Aaron completed his trade apprenticeship in cabinet making in 2002. He became foreman of the cabinet-making workshop in Bunbury, supervising several workers and many projects.

In 2007 he travelled to London where he spent 2 years working as a carpenter/foreman for a shop fitting company.

This year he will begin studying Construction Management and Economics on a part time at university whilst working full time for Harbusol.
 

Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor / Facilities Technician WA
Ryan has recently joined our newly developed team in Western Australia. He completed his apprenticeship in 2008 in Carpentry and Joinery. As soon as he finished his apprenticeship, he started his own business servicing several major clients in the commercial sector.

In 2009 he was a site foreman for a shop fitting company based in QLD before moving back to WA. In July 2010 Ryan became a father.
